Ozzy Osbourne to pen health column for Rolling Stone PDF Print E-mail

He's got a new album, a new tour, and now, Ozzy Osbourne has a new moonlighting gig as a health columnist for Rolling Stone magazine.

Rolling Stone has a page up on its Web site where readers can submit a health query to the Prince of Darkness; selected answers will be published in the magazine's July 23rd, August 6th and August 20th issues.

There may be reason for readers to board the crazy train, considering the rocker's history of admitted drug use and hard partying.

It isn't the first instance of stars taking up the journalism game. U2 frontman Bono has a column for the New York Times, and rapper Lil Wayne blogged for ESPN.com.

And it isn't the first time Rolling Stone has ushered a star onto its writing staff: Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump reviewed the CD/DVD release "The Ultimate Peter Tosh Experience" in 2009.

Stepping out for a swanky soiree, Jessica Simpson turned up at the Grand Opening of The Casino Club at The Greenbrier in West Sulfur Springs, West Virginia on Friday (July 2).

Taking the podium to speak to the crowd, the "Price of Beauty" babe was tickled pink as she was presented with a birthday cake ahead of her upcoming 30th birthday - which is July 10th.

Drawing out a number of stars, other attendees included Jennifer Garner, Beth Ostrosky, Barbara Eden, Raquel Welch and Jane Seymour.

British model replaces Megan Fox on Transformers 3 PDF Print E-mail

Megan Fox has been officially replaced in the Transformers franchise.

Director Michael Bay introduced newcomer Rosie Huntington-Whiteley yesterday.

The Victoria's Secret model will feature in the upcoming Transformers 3.

'I would like for all you fans to welcome Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to the world of Transformers,' Michael wrote on his website.

'As some of you might know, she's the new female lead in Transformers 3.'

This will be the supermodel's acting debut, although Michael previously directed a Victoria's Secret ad starring Rosie, 23, in 2009.

'Megan Fox left of her own accord,' says her rep.
