Cameron wants to have a nose job , but not for cosmetic reasons like singer Ashlee Simpson. Pop singer Justin Timberlake's longtime girlfriend claims she has so much trouble breathing that the surgery would be more of a necessity than a luxury.

She broke her nose for the fourth time a few years back during one of her surfing expeditions and as a result, her nose is now in very bad shape. "I'm getting it fixed. I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all. One side of my nose is totally shattered and my septum is basically like a train derailed," she told the magazine. While Cameron is already under the knife having her nose repaired, I wonder if the doctor will throw in any free 'extras' for her. gossip
