NBA star Dwyane Wade is in the midst of a nasty divorce from wife Siohvaughn Funches Wade, who accuses the baller of, among other things, giving her an STD.
But that's nothing but a lie, according to sworn testimony from a friend.
Siohvaughn Wade has claimed in legal docs the Miami Heat guard gave her chlamydia. But during a deposition, Andrea Williams, close friend of the Wades, says it's not so.
Williams says Siohvaughn contracted the disease from another man.
According to her testimony, Siohvaughn was seeing another man during her marriage, and Williams says she was there in when Wade accused him of the STD transfer. The feuding couple is currently battling for custody of their two children together, Zaire, 8, and Zion, 2, in divorce proceedings that have lingered for over a year now.

Jesse James' mistress count keeps rising, but the fourth woman claiming to have had an affair with the West Coast Choppers founder won't be going public with her story.
The unnamed woman, who claims to have carried on a three-year affair with James while he was married to Sandra Bullock, recently hired powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred to represent her.

"She has proof of their relationship including hundreds of text messages, e-mails and photos. The relationship just recently ended after the scandal broke," Allred said.

Chelsea Handler's sidekick, Chuy Bravo, was recently seen in a sex tape on a beach with another small person ... indulging in activities that are very, very NSFW.
Perez Hilton, celebrity gossip blogger extraordinaire, posted the adult material on his website. Which is what Perez does. Only in this case, did he break the law? Very possibly. He will fight any legal action tooth and nail, of course, and there's certainly a gray area the size of California he can make his arguments within.
Many such videos, such as the John Edwards sex tape, never see the light of day because of various legal challenges, one of which may be in play in the Chuy case. Under federal law, people who post sexual content online also have to provide a link to certain information. The linked site needs to, in essence, provide documentation that the adult film was made legally and didn't involve minors. That's the short version, but the point is, if you're gonna post a sex tape, federal law requires a link to compliance information or an explanation why you didn't.
