Gossip mills recently began swirling over the scandalous gossip that that Rachael Ray and her husband were possibly going through a breakup. Now, the NY Post is saying that Rachael and John Cusimano could be on their way to divorce court.

The paper even claims that a source told them, "Her mother is in town from Lake George to help Rachael find an apartment." Her PR team is in overdrive with the story, saying, "Rachael and John are happier than ever and have been in the Hamptons since Tuesday enjoying the holiday week with friends."
